Terms of Service

1. The Service

anotb.ai (“the Service”) is operated by Teranode AI, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation (“we”, “us”, “Teranode”). The Service publishes algorithmically-graded research signals on public-market instruments, distributed via website, Telegram channel, and email.

2. Not financial advice

All content, signals, theses, scores, and outcomes are educational research. Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or instrument. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. Consult a licensed financial advisor before acting.

3. Past performance

Track-record statistics displayed on the Service describe what has happened. They are not predictions and do not guarantee future results. Drawdowns, losses, and total capital loss are possible.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscription tiers (Pulse, Edge, Founder Vault, Degen+) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting hello@anotb.ai. One-off unlocks ($5 per signal) are non-refundable once the signal data is delivered. Payments are processed by Stripe (fiat) or directly on-chain (USDC on Base for Degen+).

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where receipt of investment-research content is permitted. The Service is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where its provision would violate applicable law.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or relicense Service content
• Scrape, automate, or systematically harvest content
• Reverse-engineer the Council engine or its prompts
• Use the Service to manipulate any market or attempt market abuse
• Misrepresent the Service's output as your own original research

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Council engine, the Teranode Score methodology, the AnotB brand, all source code, all visual design, and all written content, is the exclusive property of Teranode AI, Inc. Subscribers receive a non-transferable, revocable license to view content during their active subscription only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teranode AI, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any trading decision made in reliance on its content. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel anytime; cancellation ends future renewals but does not refund the current paid period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will reflect the most recent version. Material changes are notified via email or in-product banner.
